Drivers Ltd was set up as a separate division of Taskcrown Limited in the early 1980’s. Taskcrown itself was set up as a supplier of industrial workers and it was considered appropriate to have a specialist driver agency. It was bought out by the current owners when the original owner retired in 2002. Originally operating from Eastleigh it moved to new premises in 2003 and has operated from Northam Business Centre ever since. The offices are just a stone’s throw from Saint Mary’s Stadium in Southampton. Drivers Ltd has been providing recruitment solutions to the road transport industry in Southampton and the surrounding area since 1983.
The company has faced many changes affecting Southampton over the years and has always adapted to those unpredictable and challenging times.
